Licensing and Scope of Practice (Minnesota)
All services are provided by licensed mental health professionals in the state of Minnesota, including Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs). Our clinicians practice within the score defined by their respective licensing boards, including the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT).​​​
Licensing Across States (Minnesota & New Mexico)
Mental health services may be provided by a licensed professional who holds active licenses in both Minnesota and New Mexico. The provider complies with the statues and ethical standards set forth by:

The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT) for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) and other behavioral health professionals

The New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board, under the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD), for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, and other credential providers.
The provider practices within the score of licensure in each state and adheres to all applicable laws, including those governing telehealth, confidentiality, and continuing education.

Clients must be physically located in either Minnesota or New Mexico at the time of service, unless otherwise permitted by law or through participation in the Counseling Compact, once fully implemented.
